Queen of Peace Church is pleased to announce that several of our parishioners and members of our Parish Knights of Columbus Council were honored at the Annual NJ State K of C Convention the weekend of May 18-19th). Congratulations to Ingrid and Camilo Monroy for being selected as the New Jersey State Knights of Columbus “Family of the Year!” Ingrid and Camilo were the Council’s Family of the Month this past January, and we as a parish are pleased that they have now been acknowledged at the state level by the Knights of Columbus and we join in congratulating them on their recognition.
We also offer our hearty congratulations to another of our parishioners, Brother Larry Crawford who received the NJ State Knights of Columbus “Senior Citizen of the Year!” We are blessed to have Larry as an active member of our parish doing so much for our Respect Life program.
Our prayers, thanks and congratulations to Larry, as well as Ingrid and Camilo in their well deserved acknowledgments and blessings to them and their families and in all of their ministerial and charitable efforts!
